No.  Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building. There is a seated area outside the front where smoking is permitted. If evidence of smoking is found after a guest has left, there is a £50 charge for a deep clean of the room.

Q Accommodation is an adults-only property, offering a peaceful and relaxing environment for our guests. While we do not accept stag or hen parties, we welcome couples and small groups of adults seeking a quiet and enjoyable stay in Blackpool.

Payment is taken 14 days before the arrival date and within the 14 day non refundable period.

We are a 15 minute walk to the Blackpool Winter Gardens and Blackpool Tower or a short taxi ride away around £5-£6 (this is slightly more expensive in the late evening)

Q Accommodation is conveniently located less than 200 metres from Blackpool North Train Station, making it just a 2-minute walk to reach us. Our close proximity ensures a hassle-free journey for guests arriving by train.

Finding Q Accommodation by car is easy:

  1. From the Motorway:

    • Exit the M55 at Junction 1 and follow the signs towards Blackpool town centre.
    • Continue on the A5230 (Yeadon Way), then follow signs for Blackpool North Shore or the Promenade.

  2. Address for Sat Nav:

    • Use our address: 27 Lord Street, Blackpool, FY1 2BD, to guide you directly to the property.

  3. Parking Options:

    • Free parking is available on one side of Lord Street, and restricted parking (seasonal) is on the opposite side.
    • For pay-and-display parking, the cheapest option is Buchanan Street Car Park, just a 6-minute walk away.  The closest is Bank Street Car Park, just a 2-minute walk away.
