The Chatter Guys Take on Room 7: A Penthouse Experience at Q Accommodation
When The Chatter Guys—Colin and Tim—rolled into Blackpool, they didn’t just stay anywhere.
They chose Q Accommodation, and Room 7, our stunning penthouse suite, left quite an impression.
Known for their honest reviews and playful banter, Colin and Tim gave us an inside look at their stay—and we’re thrilled to share the highlights!
First Impressions: “Wow” Factor Activated
From the moment they opened the door to Room 7, the excitement was palpable. Tim immediately honed in on the
spacious layout, while Colin couldn’t get over the number of drawers. “Wow, wow, wow!” he exclaimed,
counting them with glee (and yes, there are plenty for all your travel essentials).
But the star of the show? A 65-inch Smart TV—the biggest they’d ever had on their travels. Whether you’re
binge-watching Netflix or catching up on YouTube (maybe even their channel!), this TV is an entertainment dream.
Add in the sleek leather sofa, an Alexa smart speaker, and loads of thoughtful touches, and you’ve got a penthouse that
blends luxury with homely charm.
The Little Things: Big Wins
It’s often the little details that stand out, and Room 7 had plenty to offer:
Complimentary treats, including Galaxy Hot Chocolate, ginger biscuits, and green tea.
A full-length mirror for that all-important outfit check.
Beautiful coastal artwork that brought the seaside vibe indoors.
Even the coat hangers got a shoutout—Colin conducted his famous “hanger test” and was delighted to find 12 wooden hangers
(plus a bonus for luck). Practical touches like a fan, an ironing board, and a fridge made their stay all the more comfortable.
Bathroom Goals: Spotless and Spacious
Colin and Tim don’t hold back when it comes to critiquing bathrooms, and Room 7’s passed with flying colours.
“Absolutely immaculate,” they said, praising its cleanliness and thoughtful layout. The large walk-in shower impressed,
offering enough space for two—or, as Colin joked, maybe three! High-quality toiletries, plenty of towels, and handy shelves
for toiletries ticked all their boxes, making it a bathroom experience to remember.
Sleep Like a Dream
Getting a good night’s sleep can make or break a trip, and Room 7 didn’t disappoint. Tim called the
king-sized bed "very comfortable," with just the right balance of bounce and support. Even Colin, who usually
struggles to sleep in new places, admitted to sleeping like a log all three nights. High praise indeed!
The Verdict: Homely Luxury in the Heart of Blackpool
When it came time for their final thoughts, Colin and Tim were unanimous: Q Accommodation delivered.
“The space and comfort made it perfect,” said Colin, highlighting how easy it was to relax and even get a bit of work done.
Tim agreed, noting that the penthouse’s size and homely feel make it ideal for longer stays.
